  • Independent medical examinations (IME): We provide virtual and in-person independent medical examinations, which are unbiased medical evaluations requested by insurance companies, employers, or lawyers to evaluate the extent of disabilities. Examiner is a Board certified Occupational Medicine physician and a certified medico-legal evaluator (CMLE) through the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators (IAIME) with expertise in causation analysis, environmental exposure, OSHA compliance, return to work opinions, and fitness for duty.

    • Appointment within 7 to 10 days
    • Rapid turn-around time with final written report within 7 days

  • Impairment ratings using American Medical Association (AMA) guidelines for evaluation: Our physician is a certified independent medical examiner through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME), which is the largest organization of independent medical examiners in the world who perform high quality impairment and disability assessments and serve as highly sought after expert witness.

  • Veteran Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams: These are medical evaluations ordered by the Veteran Affairs Hospital (VA) to assess if a medical condition is service-connected and to determine its severity for disability compensation.

  • Physician subject matter expert witness/ file review: We provide authoritative clinical input on medical treatment guidelines, ensuring recommendations are accurate, feasible, and aligned with statutory and quality standards. We offer file review, causation analysis, and medical - legal evaluations in the area of occupational medicine to attorneys, hospital systems, providers, and independent review organizations.

  • Occupational health consulting: We offer companies consulting services, such as OSHA compliance policies, respiratory protection and hearing conservation program development, ergonomic programs, as well as education and training for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) specialists and local physicians.

Dr. Belser is Board certified in Occupational Medicine through the American Board of Preventative Medicine (ABPM). She is a certified medico-legal evaluator (CMLE) through the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators (IAIME) with expertise in causation analysis, environmental exposure, OSHA compliance, return to work opinions, and fitness for duty.
She is also a certified independent medical examiner through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME), which is the largest organization of independent medical examiners in the world who perform high quality impairment and disability assessments. They serve as highly sought after expert witness.
She completed her occupational medicine residency at Regions Hospital in St Paul, Minnesota.

Access to our Portal and the healow app are completely free. We share this information with our patients to give them access to their health records and help them make better healthcare decisions.

Sign-up is simple and outlined in the steps above. You should receive a username and password from our practice via email that you can print out and customize after your initial login. Access can be made via any web browser, or through the smartphone app.

The app and our Portal allow you to reset your username and/or password. You can also call the front desk and we can reset the username and/or password for you.
